Angora
Angora wool comes from an angora rabbit. If you are planning to spin with angora wool, you can either card the fiber first or use it as is without any preparation. Angora wool is even warmer than sheep’s wool. Although angora is not incredibly difficult to spin, blending it with wool, silk, mohair or cashmere makes spinning it a bit easier.

Angora wool is harvested from the rabbit by shearing, combing, or handplucking. None of these harvesting methods harm the animal.
