Cashmere
Cashmere fiber comes from the Kashmir (or Cashmere) goat. You’ll find cashmere fiber in three natural colors: white, grey, and brown - but if you want a more striking color, it does take dye well. Cashmere fiber is very lightweight and soft - perfect for gloves, scarves, or anything you’re planning to wear right next to your skin.

If you can’t find what you want on eBay, check the listings for cashmere fiber at Paradise Fibers.
Because cashmere fibre can be quite expensive, you may want to consider blending it with wool, silk or another fiber to cut the cost if you’re planning to use it to make a larger garment. Cashmere, like most other animal fibers, also makes a wonderful fiber for felting.
